Privacy Policy

Watchtower Mailflow records the delivery and results of test email sent to dedicated mailboxes. The Gmail integration is under development and does not currently access Gmail account data.

When a mailbox owner authorizes Gmail access, Watchtower will read message headers, identifiers, arrival times, and Gmail labels to identify test messages and determine inbox or spam placement. It will not read message bodies or attachments or change mailbox contents.

Only authorized operators may access the results. Gmail data is not sold or used for advertising. Matched message metadata and results will be retained for up to 90 days; OAuth credentials will be retained while the mailbox remains connected. The mailbox owner can revoke access through their Google Account.
